Why PHI?
Prometheus Homeopathic Institute is named after the ancient Greek Titan, Prometheus who was known as the god of forethought. He sparked the revolution of consciousness in humanity. We believe that the homeopathic journey is one that can start a healing revolution in each individual's life and that by healing one person at a time, we can begin to change the world. We also know that healing starts with oneself. We believe that love is the first remedy and that is the center from which all things spiral out into the greater cosmos.
PHI is a school based on growth mindset and spiral learning theory. It is built on a foundation of unconditional loving presence, curiosity and wonder. We believe that healing is possible on all levels so long as there is life.

Heather Lundgren
Homework Support Specialist
Heather Lundgren graduated from Prometheus Homeopathic Institute in 2022, after completing two years of didactic training at the Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy (2018–2020). She also holds a Journalism degree from the University of Minnesota and a Cinema Production degree from Minneapolis College.
Heather first turned to homeopathy while seeking help for her eldest child’s health struggles. What she discovered was more than a method for healing—it offered a way to understand how our behaviors, struggles, and stories reflect the patterns of nature. For her, homeopathy felt like being handed a compass that continues to guide her toward deeper connection and meaning.
As she joins the school to support students with their studies, Heather looks forward to being both a translator of complex concepts and a cheerleader for those navigating the challenges of homeopathic learning. She makes her home in Roseville, MN, with her husband and their two children, balancing family life with acting as the unofficial stage manager for her kids’ many theatrical endeavors.
